The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the End User (customer) and Shishalove Ltd (the trader, we, us) whose register address is 24, 1st April Avenue, Paralimni, Cyprus, established and operating under the Cyprus Companies Law, Cap. 113. Both parties accept these conditions unreservedly. These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior notification. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, having read them. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are primarily designed to protect your rights as a valued customer as well as our terms of business.
There are three different ways of placing an order:
Through the Internet on shishalove.eu (24 hours a day and seven days a week)

By telephone on +357 22 446 444 (internal calls will be charged at local rates while calls from abroad will bear the telephone charges of the respective foreign domestic provider.)
Once you place an order, an email will be forwarded to you confirming your order.
2.1 Order procedure
a) Choose from our main menu, the product category or subcategory from which you would like to purchase items. Once you found the product you desire, just click the “Add to Cart” button on the bottom of the item you wish to purchase. Your item then will be automatically added to your cart.
b) You can then either continue shopping and add more items to your basket (same procedure as point ‘a’), or proceed to checkout clicking on the cart icon on the top of the page.
c) You will be able to remove part or all of the products from your shopping cart, during your order procedure and before your payment, by pressing the “Remove from Cart” (x) button which is next to each of your products in your shopping cart. You may also add more products or change the product quantities in your cart
d) Next, you will be redirected to a page where you will choose Billing & Shipping Address. If you already have an account you can log in; otherwise, you will sign up automatically at this stage
e) You can now select your payment method and your shipping method. After you checkout by you will then receive an email confirmation with your order details and an invoice of your payment.
f) Our system will save your order in your Order History under your account, where you will be able to review and check your current and old orders as often as you like.
You can cancel any of your orders within 14 days from the day of receipt. Just send written notification with your order details to our sales department. This means that you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you cancelled and the item should be:

Unopened with all seals
Packaging and shrink-wrap intact
We will issue a credit note for the price you paid for the item(s) The customer will be responsible for all costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item(s) to you in error. Please package each item securely and send it to us a copy of your invoice.
4. Product information
All the products displayed by us on the website are duly checked and verified that are in excellent and working condition and are contained in the proper package received directly from the manufacturer or a third party reseller.
Product bundles are prepared by Shishalove, and all products contained in the bundles are compatible brand accessories and not necessarily manufacturer’s brands.
During your order procedure, described in section “2.1 Order procedure”, you will be able to remove part or all of the products from your shopping cart by pressing the Delete (x) button which is next to each of your products in your shopping cart. You will also be able to add more products or change the quantity of the products in your cart.
The prices indicated on the site are in Euros and include all taxes but do not include delivery charges. The delivery costs will be computed and presented to the customer during the checkout and will be added to the invoice. We reserve the right to modify the prices at any time without, however, affect the cost of your order.
Ιf a more than apparent incorrect price (in approximation to the related general market price) appears on our website (a price that is too low or too expensive), for whatever reason (IT bug, human error, technical error etc.), your order will be cancelled, even if it has been initially validated. The web administrator will contact you as soon as possible.
All orders will be promptly executed provided there is stock availability.
If a product becomes unavailable, at the time of checkout, due to the end of its life, one of our web administrators will advise you of an alternative product/solution, which will be of approximately equal price, quality and usability. If you choose not to accept the alternative product, we will either credit your account at Shishalove whereby you can use the money for future purchases or reimburse the funds according to the reimbursement policy described in section “10. Reimbursements” further below.
Products bought on the website can be delivered in Cyprus and abroad to the address you had indicated when you placed your order. Please note that different delivery charges may prevail according to the final destination.
Our selected couriers will ship orders within 24 hours in Cyprus. When you place your order before 10 am, it will be handled the same day provided the product purchased is in stock.
Please note that the couriers do not deliver on weekends; therefore, orders placed on Friday afternoon will be delivered the following Monday, provided that the products ordered are in stock.
Pick-Up – If you would like to pick up the goods from any of Shishalove Stores, you have to select so during checkout. Pick up times are within regular weekday working hours, excluding Saturdays. We cannot be held liable for unclaimed orders of more than 15 days from the date of order.
We will do everything in its endeavour to abide by the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by the courier, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God.
When you receive your order, we recommend that you verify yours have received the products you have ordered and make sure you sign the delivery voucher. Without prejudice and with respect to the applicable legal guarantees, we recommend that you address any reservations you may have about malfunctioning products on the date of delivery as quickly as possible email: [email protected], or by phone (+357 22 446 444).
Returned products can only be accepted in their original state, notably with respect to their packaging, accessories and manuals. In the event of non-conformity of the product purchased, the customer will have the choice between repair and replacement of the product, except if the desired option has an associated cost that is manifestly disproportionate to the alternative.
When you create your account, please fill in all the fields and especially the phone field where you can be reached at any time. Bionic will not be held responsible in case of delay derived from missing data in your account.
9. Secure payment
We currently offer two methods of payment, through cash on delivery/pick up for orders in Cyprus and bank transfer for orders from abroad.
Bank transfer payments will be processed when your bank transfer is received. Once your payment is received, we will dispatch your goods. The processing of off-line payments may take several days.
Reimbursements will be effected either through bank transfer or cheque issue on the name of the customer. We will do our best to reimburse the customer as quickly as possible.
Please note that all shipping fees for goods sent to us are the client’s responsibility, except if the product does not conform to the description of the said product. The user is advised to ensure the products before sending them to us.
11. Guarantees and After-Sales Service
11.1 Legal guarantees
These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, e-Commerce Law: L156(I)/2004 and Amendment Law: L97(I)/2007 and any disputes will be decided only by the Cyprus courts.
Independently of the contractual obligations that may prevail between the customer and us, both parties are safeguarded under the Cyprus Law 14(I) 2000 and the EU DIRECTIVE 2000/31/EC regarding the E-Commerce trade.
All products carry a 2-year warranty unless otherwise indicated in the product characteristics and/or the invoice.
If a product is defective, you must attach a copy of your invoice with the defective product.
The term Legal Warranty performs as per Law N.7(I)/2000.
Based on law 5(2) N.7(I)/2000, Shishalove, under the term warranty, provides free of charge repair, replacement or reduction on the price for customers that bring in a product within the legal warranty period and reports a specific problem. The term Free of Charge includes all necessary costs incurred to bring the product into conformity, particularly in shipping costs, labour costs and material costs.
Please note that legal guarantees do not apply to repairs for damage caused by external forces (for example, accidents, shocks, fluctuation of electricity etc.) or by the user’s faulty usage of the product such as a non-conforming installation or using the said product with incorrect peripherals, accessories or consumables.
11.2 Manufacturer’s warranty
All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer of the product defines the period and coverage of the warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:
Abnormal use or non-conforming usage of products. You must always consult the user’s manual provided with the product.
Damage from external sources (shocks, accidents, current electricity fluctuations, etc.).
We will not be held responsible in the event that the manufacturer refuses to honour the warranty due to, but not limited to, any of the above-noted reasons. In the event where the manufacturer will not provide service under warranty, an estimate of the cost of the repair will be given to the customer.
If the product is dead on arrival (DOA) it will be replaced immediately no matter what. DOA products must be reported immediately to our Service Department.
We do our best to offer a complete service at all times but cannot guarantee it. Failure by us to deliver the service expected by the customer, or in the case of a mistake by us, the customer must immediately refer the matter to our WEB Sales Team for clarifications and mistake correction if necessary. 16. Protection of personal data
Pursuant to the article 11 of the Protection of Personal Data Law (L. 138(i)/2001), Shishalove notifies hereby that it keeps records of all the application submitted by persons interested for the appointment by the company and the documents attached to such applications.
The data contained in the application are kept by the company according to its internal regulations relating to the procedure for the filling of vacant posts.
In view of the above, the company hereby requests the relevant written consent of the interested persons, according to article 5(1) of the Protection of Personal Data Law.
All the personal details you provide to us are essential and are thus treated in utmost confidentiality, for the processing and delivery of orders, for billing and for the establishment of warranty contracts. Failure to provide these details will result in the cancellation of your order.
By registering on the site, you agree to provide us with true information.
We would like to remind you that cookies record certain information stored on your hard drive. This information enables us to generate statistics based on data from visitors to our site and suggest products that might interest you according to the items that you selected when you previously visited the site. Before any information is recorded, an alert message will ask you whether you would like to enable cookies, and you may refuse if you wish. Cookies do not contain any confidential information about you.
17. Intellectual ownership
All the content on our website (illustrations, texts, names, brand names, images and videos) is the property of Shishalove Ltd and/or its respective owners, its co-contractors or partners. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means, is subject to prior and written authorization by us or our partners and associates.
All information, content, files and software offered in our website is protected by Cyprus and International law concerning intellectual ownership and copyright.
All fraudulent use of any content that violates the rights held by a third party constitutes an offence of forgery, which is severely punished under the Intellectual Property Code.
We will not, under any circumstances, be held responsible if a user violates rights held by a third party through his activities on the site.
By default, we engrave in the middle of the front side of the hookah ash plate. If you wish to engrave on the other side or on the left/right side, please let us know. If you are not sure whether engraving is possible on your desired product, simply contact us by email [email protected] or call us here +357 22 446 444. Enter your desired text in the field “Engraving on ash plate” when completing your order. A maximum of 20 characters can be engraved, whereby spaces also count.
What you can engrave
- Letters of the English or Greek alphabet
- Punctuation marks such as full stops, commas, hyphens, as well as exclamation marks and question marks (. , : ; + -_’ ! ? \ / “)
- Special characters upon consultation ( § $ € @ # * ♥ ☺)
- Pay attention to upper and lower case and spelling yourself! We engrave exactly what you send us!
- Custom hookahs are non-returnable!
- When ordering an engraving, the delivery time may be extended by up to 10 days.
- When engraving an ash plate, individual letters may become slightly distorted if their surface is rounded. This is not a reason for complaint.
- We only offer engraving on our products.
